Maria S. Leavy is founding attorney of Leavy Law, P.A.  Maria has extensive experience representing clients in real estate, community association, and estate planning legal matters.  She focuses her practice on the representation of condominiums, homeowner’s associations, and country clubs.  Maria assists community association clients with covenant enforcement matters, document amendments, fair housing disputes, bulk rate telecommunication contracts, contract preparation and review, and annual meeting and election matters.

Ms. Leavy also represents individual clients in residential and commercial real estate closings and provides title insurance services.   Maria handles the administration of estates and assists clients with estate planning matters.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University.  She is a member of the Florida and Palm Beach County Bar Associations and is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.  Maria serves as a director on the Palm Beach County Real Estate Council and serves on the Florida Bar’s prepaid legal services committee.  Ms. Leavy is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

In addition to her legal work, Maria is an active volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin Counties.  She resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband and their daughter.
